The property is located in the historic center in a pedestrian area but a few steps from several public and private guarded parking lots.

The main bus stops are all within 200 meters.

The train station is located 400 meters away in Piazza Farini 12: go towards the center along Viale Farini.

How to reach us:

For those arriving by CAR

From the North and West: follow the signs for the Railway Station. Immediately after the Monumental Gate “Porta Serrata” you will be in Via di Roma; follow it until you reach, turning left, Viale Farini while on the right in via Diaz, after a few meters you will reach piazza del popolo and immediately after via Matteotti 15, (just before the Rolex shop).

From the South: follow the signs for the Railway Station in Viale Farini 12. Follow the entire Viale towards the Center until you reach Via Armando Diaz (pedestrian area). After a few meters you will reach Piazza del Popolo and immediately after Via Matteotti 15 (just before the Rolex shop).

Where to park

PUBLIC PARKING:

At check-in we will register the vehicle data (model and license plate number) on the online portal which will allow you to park in all the spaces with blue stripes at a cost of € 5.00 per day.

SECURED GARAGE:

If you prefer a 24-hour guarded garage, we have agreements with Garage Mariani and Garage Navoni.

The closest public car parks are in Viale Farini, Via Di Roma, Piazza Mameli and Via Beatrice Alighieri.

In via Beatrice Alighieri at n. 16/A there is a large internal square (inside there are also charging stations for electric cars).

Smoking is only allowed on the balconies which are provided in all rooms. It is necessary to agree on the arrival time (between 11.30 and 19.00) while departure must take place by 10.30 with the possibility of leaving luggage in the structure.
